Hi Uwais, good to hear you're keen to get started with MMA training.
DeleteI would encourage you to include your folks in this decision as the training can be quite intense.
Unfortunately I don't know of training close to Overport, but you can try Shuriken Kickboxing (they used to be located in Umgeni Rd).
